As reported on CNN recently, there are popular protests around the world. People are fed up with the control and greed of government, populism a new movement in politics. South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, America, globally. Reminds me of the Arab Spring. We are controlled by the elite, and are realising their tokenism of equality.

The one commonality in the protests has been opposition to the rule of the few over the many. Democracy was designed before technology, we no longer need representational government. We could vote for ourselves online. I suspect there will be another revolution in government towards this end. A truer democracy through voting on the internet, we now use opinion polls to determine support for issues. Online voting could be a true representation. We can verify the identity of the voter by fingerprint or picture. We don’t need representation government to implement democracy anymore.
