Dualists suggest there are 2 aspect to reality, mind and matter. Monists claim the singular, everything is mind. They say consciousness is primary: Hoffman, Kastrup, Kleiner etc.
In the quantum mechanics double slit experiment, consciousness influences reality, observation effects the movement of light particles. Light is measured to go through one slit when observed. When not the particles go through both slits, the wave particle duality phenomenon. Quantum also reveals a correlation between entangled particles, instantaneous communication despite distances. Are we discovering consciousness behind matter, such that the particles don’t need to communicate?
