I have no memory of coma, but by my research online some people do. For people to come out speaking a foreign language is an amazing thing, we live in language. Coming out, I too spoke a foreign language. I could speak a little German before, apparently quite well after.

The video below presents the emergence theory of everything. They say that the universe is crystalline, pixelated, importantly consciousness at its core. My only explanation now for speaking a foreign language is that my consciousness must have experienced something in coma.
