The highlight of visiting Ao Nang again was going to the elephant sanctuary. Dubbed gentle giants, elephants certainly don’t possess an ounce of aggression. I sensed intelligence, dare I say sincerity. They sometimes even directed me with a gentle nudge of the trunk. In an attempt to capture the enormity of the experience, I use the largest word in the English language to describe them; supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.

How on earth could I offer a home to my favourite Big Sky. Apparently she is 70 years old. I’m sure she would get along with our cat Henry. We might even play a game of chess.
